We are aware of an issue with CashApp incorrectly displaying charges for our HISTORY Vault and A&E Crime Central services as originating from Lifetime Movie Club instead of the correct service. (HISTORY Vault, A&E Crime Central and Lifetime Movie Club are all subscription services from A+E Networks.)
If you've received a charge from 'Aen Lifetimemovieclub' and do have an active subscription for HISTORY Vault or A&E Crime Central, then the charge is for the correct service, but the description of the charge is just listed incorrectly by CashApp. We apologize for any confusion and are working with CashApp to try and correct the description.
If you do not believe you have a subscription for any of A+E Networks' subscription services, please send us a message with following information so we can research the charge for you:
- the last four digits of the credit card being charged
- the date of your last charge
- a screenshot of your latest charge on your billing statement
- any possible email addresses you or a member of your household owns that could be connected to the account
- your billing zip code
